When the Assembled LED Board PCB is formed, the lamp base is bent to a distance of at least 3 mm from the bottom of the gel. Do not bend the lamp legs during soldering or after soldering. If it is necessary to bend the lamp foot, it should be done before welding. Avoid the LED lamp body being stressed when the lamp foot is formed. When mounting LEDs on a PCB, the holes in the PCB must be closely aligned with the LEDs.

When heating, it is not suitable for adding any pressure to the LED lamp body. The LEDs pulled out from the PCB cannot be used again. After the LED has been soldered, the lamp body should be protected from mechanical shock and vibration until the LEDs reach 40C or below. Precautions must be taken to avoid mechanical stresses on the lamp body due to distortion of the PCB board or distortion of the lamp legs and foot cutting. When the Assembled LED Board PCB is clamped with LEDs, the most important thing is to avoid mechanical stress on the LED body. When cutting the foot, it must be done at room temperature. If the foot is cut at high temperature, it may cause the lamp to fail.
