Advantages

The purpose of the immersion gold process is to deposit a nickel-gold coating with stable color, good brightness, smooth plating and good solderability on the surface of the LED Sign Board PCB. It can be basically divided into four stages: pre-treatment (de-oiling, micro-etching, activation, post-dipping), nickel-plating, immersion gold, post-treatment (waste gold washing, DI washing, drying).

The vertical tin-spraying process makes it difficult to flatten the fined pads, which makes it difficult to mount the SMT. In addition, the shelf life of the tinplate is very short. The gold plate just solves these problems.

The high-barrier vacuum packaging film of the PCB board can effectively prevent the oxidation of the PCB board and greatly prolong the service life of the product.
